Swiss National Bank open to expanding digital currency project
ZURICH : The Swiss National Financial institution is inaugurate to expanding its pilot mission with wholesale central monetary institution digital currencies, governing board member Antoine Martin said on Wednesday.
“We would desire to leer a pilot which develops, with extra banks joining and the next volume of transactions,” Martin told the Level Zero Forum event in Zurich.

The SNB will continue providing a wholesale central monetary institution digital forex (CBDC) for now not now not up to two extra years, it said closing month, extending a pilot called Venture Helvetia III which started closing yr.
