New private home sales more than quadruple in March
SINGAPORE: New inner most home sales in Singapore soared in March, mainly spurred by the starting up of two well-known inner most residential tasks Lentor Mansion and Lentoria.
Moreover government condominiums (ECs), developers bought 718 items final month, in step with records launched by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) on Monday (Apr 15).

This used to be 4.7 times the 153 items bought in February, or a 369.3 per cent boost month-on-month, records by various property companies showed.
Of the 718 items bought final month, 47 were in the prime self-discipline or Core Central Space (CCR), 66 were in the city fringe or Relaxation of Central Space (RCR) and 605 were in the suburbs or Birth air Central Space (OCR).
