India says high tariffs on EVs to protect from Chinese imports

NEW DELHI : India’s alternate department acknowledged on Friday that the country’s automobile market is “successfully-stable” via high tariffs on the import of electrical vehicles, at a time when other essential economies esteem the European Union own slapped tariffs on Chinese language EVs.
