SINGAPORE: Interior most house leases rose by about 30 per cent in 2022, essentially the most in 15 years, and elevated any other time by about 9 per cent in 2023.

And while leases salvage began to taper off, Singapore is largely the most costly put to rent non-public property in the Asia Pacific, in accordance with 2023 records from the City Land Institute.
