Chinese EV giant BYD launches new version of e2 hatchback with lower starting price

BEIJING : Chinese language electric automobile massive BYD on Wednesday launched a novel model of e2 EV hatchback with a lower beginning value than its predecessor.

The mannequin now begins at 89,800 yuan ($12,507), 12.7 per cent lower than the earlier model, Reuters calculations showed.
