CDK Global investigating cyber incident, briefly shut all systems

Retail expertise and software provider CDK International used to be investigating a cyber incident and had briefly shut down all its methods proactively, it said on Wednesday.

The company, which offers software to car dealerships, said its core vendor administration machine and digital retailing solutions had been restored. It said it also had examined and consulted with external third-occasion consultants after the incident.
