Atos says secures short-term funding through syndication agreements

French expertise firm Atos acknowledged on Friday it had successfully secured short financing through two tranches of loans from collectors, including it composed expected to attain a closing restructuring agreement this month.

“These additional tranches of €225 million ($243.41 million) and €350 million of revolving credit facility are discipline to an modification of the services beforehand offered by a neighborhood of bondholders, which is expected to be signed quickly,” it acknowledged in an announcement.
