Samsung Elec shares offered in $330 million block sale, term sheet shows
SEOUL : About 5.25 million shares in Samsung Electronics are being offered in a block deal price as much as $330 million, according to a time length sheet considered by Reuters on Monday.
The shares are offered by Lee Boo-jin, a sister of Samsung Electronics Chairman Jay Y. Lee, the Seoul Economic Day to day reported, citing unnamed investment banking sources.

The sale will likely be between between 83,700 obtained to 84,500 obtained per fragment, or at a prick price of 0 per cent to 0.95 per cent from Samsung shares’ Monday closing designate of 84,500 obtained, the time length sheet acknowledged.
